 HIGHLIGHTING JUST SOME OUR LOCAL SUPPLIERS:

FRESH FISH.      Barry (known locally as Bluey) Warpole supplies us with our local fish. This is caught off The Swale, in his boat ' Louise',  and we visit Barry several times a week to choose what we want in the restaurant, so we know when it was caught. We have  been known to be waiting on the shoreline at Harty Ferry for Bary to come in from his days catch. Barry also has his own smokery, smoking salmon, cod, haddock, whiting and his very own oysters. At weekends, Barry and his Daughter, run their own fresh wet fish stall in Oare.  01795 533644

BLACKBIRD COTTAGE. Caroline Andrews and her husband Peter grow theur own asparagus, wild garlic, and dessert blackberries.

GAME MEAT.      Phil Miles owns Godmersham Game, just outside Canterbury. He supplies us with venison, duck, partridge and pheasant. These are all wild animals as opposed to farmed. 07870656967.

ELLIE'S DAIRY.  Located just a few miles from Faversham right on the top of the North Kent Downs.Supplier of our Hand made Goast Cheese.

CHICKEN AND GEESE.     Willie McKeever has been rearing Free Range Chickens just a stone throw from Faversham, in Hernhill, for many years now. A member of Produced In Kent and also a past Chairman of Kent County & Agricultural show. 01227 751227

BEEF, LAMB AND PORK.     S W Doughtys are a traditional family butchers situated in Doddington. They are the only butchers in The Swale area, that operate their own slaughter house. Well known for their award winning sausages. 01795 886255

Her kitchens are located at Brogdale Fruit Farm, where she can observe the cycle of the growing year and use this inspiration to create a taste of Kent.
