Fillet Steak Stuffed with Tarragon Mushrooms and Wrapped in Air Dried Ham.Gluten Free
Prime locally reared beef. Served with roasted seasonal vegetables.  

 

Lamb Provencale.Gluten Free
Local lamb cutlets in a tomato and mixed bean sauce. servedw ith creamed Rosemary potatoes.
 

 

Faversham's Pork.Gluten Free
Local pork tenderloin pan fried with green peppercorns and rosemary; just before serving, soft herb cheese is added so it just begins to melt into the  juices. This has been on our menu since we opened in 2003.

 

Ardennes Stuffed Chicken Breast.
A signature dish. Perfect on a bowl of Spaghetti. 

 

Fresh Catch Of The Day. Gluten Free
Our fisherman sets out each day from Oare Estuary. Please ask your waiter what is this evening's catch of the day.

 

Salmon and Spring Onion Fish Cakes.
Another of our signature dishes. Served with new potatoes and braised red cabbage and a cream and caper sauce. You may prefer this with salad. These are the best fish cakes you will have tried.

 

Scaloppino Squash and Cashew Nut Roast.
Suitable for vegetarians, but not people with nut allergy
