Cup of Mild Curried Sweet Potato and Coconut Soup, accompanied with a slice of Smoked Luddenham Trout and Avocado Terrine Wrapped in Smoked Salmon.

Roast Haunch of Kent Venison with a Cranberry and Port Sauce.

 

Chicken Supreme with a Chestnut Stuffing. Accompanied with a Pancetta, Roasted Garlic and Caramelised Shallot Sauce.

The above served with roast potatoes and selection of fresh vegetable of the day.

 

Butternut Squash Risotto with Spinach and Goats Cheese, Drizzled with a Basil Pesto. Side Salad.
