Game from Godmersham, just a few miles outside Faversham:

 

Duck, Pheasant and Pigeon Terrine with salad garnish and home made chutney

6.30pm- 8.30pm

 

Another steak night planned.

Using locally reared Ribeye Steaks, cooked on the barbeque and served with Chefs own grown potatoes sautéed, and accompanied with his own salad garnish. Choose from choice of sauces to compliment your steak:

Peppercorn,   mushroom and white wine  

or  red wine and shallot  

 

Followed by Chocolate Profieroles.
