  NEW WINES

Two new Kent wines, both from Biddenden Vineyards. A fantastic pink Sparkling 2005. Made in the traditional champagne method. A blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes. Its lovely and perfect for a summers celebration drink or as an aperitif. Only £17.50… I know a good price, maybe I have had too many bubbles trying it out!

 

A Kentish Red. Light and smooth, ideal from lunchtimes and particularly with our Sunday Roasts. Single grape variety Dornfelder.

Each table is then presented with a carving board with your very own joint of Local Roast Topside Of Beef for you to carve at your table. It is accompanied with traditional trimmings of Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and fresh vegetables.

 

Vegetarian option of Apricot and Goats Cheese Nut Roast.

Stuart now makes his own cured bacon, smoked and unsmoked, Streaky or Back Bacon, used in our breakfasts, now on sale in the restaurant. All various weights.

Just ask to see a sample packet. Meat supplied by Doughty’s Butchers.

 

We also now have various sizes of Winterdale Shaw Cheddar Cheese available for purchase. All vacuumed packed.

Award winning Mature cheddar cheese made in the traditional method.
